11/12/99 - FIRST ANNUAL EASTHAM FOX HUNT! Its time we held our first Circle-sponsored event. What this will be is a fun exercise in PvP. I would like this event to be for players that are under 10th level and for the participants to refrain from the usage of life magic in the hunt. War magic is allowed. I would like to hold the hunt this sunday, but I would like some feedback from you all. Basically, I'm curious what prizes you would all like to see. The victor of The Fox hunt will be the one who gets the kill of a character named "The Fox." and loots the proof off the corpse (probably an item with an inscription from yours truly). A prize will then be awarded. Basically anything goes with the exception of life magic (otherwise its not sporting if The Fox cannot dodge attacks, or at least try). The event will be held this sunday at approximately 5:00pm EST. If the first hunt goes will there may be another directly after. The point of this event is to give young players a chance to try and get some experience in finishing off an opponent in PvP. Hopefully there wont be any serious outside interuptions of the event. This is Circle-sponsored, but any are welcome to join (I'm not going to try and get the vault, stratics or anyone to post about it since that may attract unwanted attention). That means allow him to walk among you in town unmolested. But should he or any other attack someone in town, they are to be killed. The basic law of Eastham is no killing in town. If someone starts an act of agression towards another they are to be kill mercilessly. ADDENDUM - All the attackers from the oter night have repented. From now on, the policy of the Circle is to allow basically anyone in town as long as they don't attack anyone. Let this serve as a caution to all those who perform dishonorable deeds. Eastham is a town of peace, but if you disobey our laws and attack your fellow man, you will be killed.
I would also like to apologize to any past or future innocent bystanders. In the heat of battle it is next to impossible to tell who is an agressor and who is not. If you see a battle breaking out in our town and you are not well known by the Circle or one of our members, then just run away. Our only way to combat the evil is to basically just attack anyone we don't recognize. There are no flags/obvious signs of who has done the attacking. Just to warn you all.

FIRST THREE POSITIONS OF OFFICAL RANK-11/8/99 I have decided to officially annouce the first three positions of rank for the Circle of the Eternal Dragon. They are as follows: Gold Dragon: Aknold Lifeshield, Grand Vizier of the Eternal Dragon Steel Dragon: Ruiner, Warlord of the Eternal Dragon Diamond Dragon: Two Fingers, Grand Archmage of the Eternal Dragon These three are the ruling council of the Circle right now. When I am not available, go to them with questions/comments. When I am available, go to them anyway. If you are a warrior/archer, then go to Ruiner. If you are a mage, then go to Two Fingers. If you have a question regarding your status in the Circle, or any other comments or questions, please direct them to Aknold. With the rate at which we are growing, I cannot manage the entire allegiance on my own. From now on direct your questions to one of the three above, and if needs be, they will redirect to me. Yes, Green was up for a short time this morning! Hehe. I was shocked as well!
